Return and Replacement Policy for Kallakilla.com
At Kallakilla, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please read through the following policies:

Return Policy for Apparels
Return Window: You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Condition for Returns:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original tags and labels.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the bill copy.
Process:
Send the product back to us using a cost-effective courier service or registered post.
Once the returned product is received and passes the quality check at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days from your request.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method after deducting shipping charges.
Damaged Package: If the package is tampered with or damaged before opening, inform the delivery personnel immediately and return it.
Exceptions:

No returns or replacements for:
Custom Orders.
Surprise Tees (due to the personal effort behind them).
Products purchased during special offers.
Wrong/Damaged Product: If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product, email us at contact@kallakilla.com with details and photos.
Postal Charges: You will need to bear the cost of sending the product back to us.

Replacement Policy for Accessories
Eligibility:
Replacements are available for products that are defective, delivered incorrectly, or damaged during shipping.
Evidence such as photos/videos should be emailed to contact@kallakilla.com for review.
Timeline: You must request an exchange within 5 days of delivery. Ensure the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Unavailable Products: If the product you ordered is out of stock, you can opt for an exchange or a refund.
Non-Eligible Products:
Mugs, calendars, notebooks, posters, and phone cases are non-refundable unless you’ve received the wrong product.
If you’ve received the wrong item, send photos and details to contact@kallakilla.com for assistance.
Replacement Processing Time: It may take 5-7 working days to process and ship your replacement product.
Postal Charges: You will need to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Wrong/Defective Products
If you’ve received an incorrect or defective product, please email us at contact@kallakilla.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup.

Refunds on Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
